I build software end to end and I like it best when real people use it the same week. For three years I ran payment microservices inside the Klarna App, on-call included. Then subscriptions on open-banking rails at Ivy. Since 2025 I build my own things: a voice dictation app with its own German speech model, a Kubernetes break/fix wargame, a Telegram bot that found me a flat in Köln, and the coding agents I use to build all of it.

I keep the stack small: TypeScript everywhere it fits, Kotlin where the phone needs it, Python for models, shell for servers. Tests block deploys, docs are written while building, and every infra change is rehearsed before it touches production. Claude Code is a daily pair, and I build my own harnesses to understand what it does.
